The factory tour was interesting. The took us through every step of the way and made cute jokes the entire time ("I'll give you the Bear essentials" :) They showed us every type of bear and both sizes that they carry. There were signs all the way through the tour giving interesting little facts, and everything was brightly colored with short displays as well, for the kids.
