We decided, since we were in the South, why not go see some southern history. The plantation was started in 1765, and there were a lot of original pieces of furniture, and those that had burned, there were amazing replicas. It was a nice and a very interesting place to visit. There was a great tour, but it was swealtering! (They didn't exactly have air conditioning back then:)
